Das Ausschließen von Dateien in der Synchronisation vom Gerät zur Cloud ist nicht neu. Für OneDrive for Business habe ich zuerst am 16.11.2020 und dann noch einmal am 23.11.2020 geschrieben. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Gruppenrichtlinie, die der Anwender nicht beinflussen kann.
