OneDrive: new Sharing with expiration date

In July 2024, I reported on this in the German M365 News Show. Unfortunately, it still contained errors. I reported these to the Microsoft OneDrive group in Redmond. Then the sharing was withdrawn. The automatic closing of links has always been on the wish list of administrators. Because a closed link, or rather a link that no longer leads to the target, is one less vulnerability. Das sich Links automatisch Schließen, stand schon immer auf der Wunschliste der Administratoren. Denn ein geschlossener Link, oder sagen wir besser, ein Link, der nicht mehr zum Ziel führt, ist eine Angriffslücke weniger. Aber, das hatten wir doch schon? Ja, aber nur beim anonymen „externen“ Link. Wenn es die Administratoren überhaupt zugelassen haben, konnten sie eine zeitliche Beschränkung für das anonyme Teilen vorgeben. Ich werde immer wieder gefragt, welche Softwareprogramme ich für die Video Bearbeitung benutze. Und die meisten sind dann überrascht, wenn ich dann PowerPoint 2010 aus der Office Familie nenne. Für das Intro zum Beispiel, oder aber für bestimmte Effekte. Intro: Animation mit bewegten Bildern Abspann: Coole Schrift mehrere Szenen gleichzeitig auf Bildgröße zugeschnittenes Video für Effekte nehme ich dann noch gerne Windows Live Movie Maker 2011 Schnitt und Ton werden dann mit Camtasia Studio 7 vollendet. Nach einem Jahr ist es endlich soweit. Das Produkthandbuch zu Microsoft SharePoint Workspace 2010 ist jetzt auch in deutscher Sprache als Download erhältlich. Dabei haben Sie Die Wahl, als PDF oder XPS Nun hat es fast 1 Jahr gedauert, bis die deutsche Version erhältlich ist. Leider ist kein einziges Wort zum Office Service Pack 1 und den darin enthaltenen Verbesserungen, gerade was SharePoint Workspace 2010 angeht, enthalten. Das ist schade, denn gerade hier hat sich was Skalierbarkeit und Performance, und die Menge der zu synchronisierenden Dokumente viel getan.
