Das sich Links automatisch Schließen, stand schon immer auf der Wunschliste der Administratoren. Denn ein geschlossener Link, oder sagen wir besser, ein Link, der nicht mehr zum Ziel führt, ist eine Angriffslücke weniger. Aber, das hatten wir doch schon? Ja, aber nur beim anonymen „externen“ Link. Wenn es die Administratoren überhaupt zugelassen haben, konnten sie eine zeitliche Beschränkung für das anonyme Teilen vorgeben. Das maximale waren 730 Tage, also 2 Jahre.In Workshops erwähne ich das auch immer, allerdings schlage ich wesentlich kürzere Zeiten vor. Ich selbst habe als Administrator 80 Tage vorgegeben. During the Microsoft OneDrive Office Hours on 04/17/24 the question comes up, why not using CheckIn and CheckOut to handle Conflicts. And because its still available for SharePoint, but people do not find it on OneDrive (for Business). But OneDrive for Business is also a site collection of SharePoint it must be there. Update [26.06.24] Ein Hin und her, aber jetzt habe ich es getestet mit der OneDrive Version 24.128.0625.0001 oder höher funktioniert das wirklich. Allerdings habe ich Schwierigkeiten, wenn die Dateien oder die SPO-Bibliothek nicht mit OneDrive 4 Business synchronisiert werden. Das Verhalten ist wie folgt: Ich öffne die Datei mit „Open in App“.
