Microsoft hat Anfang Mai wieder ein kleines Update für OneDrive for Business (Groove.exe)veröffentlicht. Office Updates kommen jetzt ja bereits in der ersten Woche eines Monats: KB3115104 es werden zwei kleine Probleme gefixt. Zum einen ein Darstellungsfehler, der nur bei hohen DPI Auflösungen auftritt, zum anderen eine Fehler bei einer möglichen Reparatur. Danke Microsoft. Ich weiß, es ist nicht so einfach zu wissen, welcher Synchronisations-Client auf dem jeweiligen PC läuft. Und selbst wenn es der Next Generation Sync Client (NGSC) ist, weiß ich als Benutzer oder Administrator immer noch nicht, ob ich die neuste Version auf meinem Rechner installiert habe.. Ja, meine Blog Post Leserwissen, dass der NGSC ausschließlich als C2R (Click 2 Run) Installation von Microsoft zu. bekommen ist. Wieder ist ein Monat ins Land gegangen. Und am vergangenen Patch-Dienstag hat Microsoft wieder eine ganze Menge Updates zur Verfügung gestellt. So since some days Microsoft has released new features on SharePoint Online. The overall storage on SharePoint Online is increasing. If you look on the Microsoft Office Roadmap there are still the old numbers: And now, it’s a huge difference: The allover tenant storage is increasing from 10 GB to 1 TB. Speichervolumen SharePoint Online angehoben

Seit gestern ist es soweit. Ohne große Ankündigung. Aber endlich ist es soweit. Das Speicher-Volumen auf SharePoint-Online wurde angehoben. Auf der Office Roadmap stehen noch die alten Zahlen: Das ist ein gewaltiger Unterschied. Das Grundvolumen wurde von 10 GB auf 1 TB. Zusätzlich muss man noch einige Dinge beachten: So stehen jetzt nicht nur wesentlich mehr Speichervolumen zur Verfügung, und die Diskussionen , ich mach das mit OneDrive for Business, da habe ich doch 1 TB Speichervolumen, werden weniger werden. OneDrive for Business oder Next Generation Sync Client: Synchronisation

Derzeit sind wir in einer Übergangsphase. Aktuell haben wir drei verschiedene Synchronisations-Clients. Und je nachdem, was wir auf lokale Geräte synchronisieren wollen, haben den einen, den anderen, oder auch zwei im Einsatz.
