Ein weiterer Self-Service, wenn man sich einmal einen Verschlüsselungsvirus eingefangen hat, oder versehentlich ein oder mehrere Dateien oder gar ganze Ordner gelöscht hat. Für OneDrive for Business gab es das schon länger, derzeit wird dieser Service auf allen Tenants in Office 365 ausgerollt. Die Vorgehensweise ist überall gleich. Navigieren Sie mit einem Browser zur Dokumentenbibliothek, wo sie Dateien wiederherstellen möchten. Klicken Sie dann auf das Zahnradsymbol. Jetzt sehen Sie alle Eigenschaften und dort taucht auch das Wiederherstellen auf. (Wenn es noch nicht auftaucht, dann ist es derzeit noch nicht in ihrem Tenant verfügbar).
