OneDrive | jetzt korrekte Dokumentation bei Gruppenrichtlinien

Manchmal dauert es etwas länger, aber irgendwann ist es dann so weit. Die deutsche Dokumentation bei den Gruppenrichtlinien zu OneDrive ist jetzt endlich korrekt. Hier waren ursprünglich zwei Übersetzungsteams von Microsoft beteiligt. Das GPO Team hat eine eigene Übersetzung der Gruppenrichtlinien vorgenommen. Das Dokumentations-Team hat die US Namen selbst übersetzt. Das führte dazu, dass Administratoren, die mit der deutschen, lokalisierten Version arbeiten wollen, keine Übereinstimmung vorgefunden haben. Jetzt hat sich das, nicht nur in der deutschen, sondern in allen lokalisierten Sprachversionen erledigt. Vielen Dank Microsoft. Bug: Configure Team site libraries to sync automatically

Wer derzeit eine Team site library automatisch per Gruppenrichtlinie ausrollen möchte, wird bei der Konfiguration beim Ermitteln der eindeutigen ID , bestehend TenantID+WebID+ListID+WebUrl auf ein Problem stoßen, weil beim Klicken auf die Share-Funktion als SharePoint Online Administrator das PopUp Fenster den Link nicht anzeigt. Das liegt nicht am Browser und ich habe Microsoft darüber informiert. Der Bug wurde bestätigt und die korrigierte Version wird derzeit wieder auf alle Tenants wieder ausgerollt. Das Ganze kann aber noch eine Weile dauern. Mit der OneDrive Insider version 19.152.0801.0004 hat Microsoft auch eine neue Version der Gruppenrichtlinien veröffentlicht: Die zu OneDrive gehörenden Gruppenrichtlinien (AMD + ADMX) Dateien findet man unter %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\BuildNumber\adm\ und dort auch in den 17 verschiednen Sprachen. Error Description Open file and select a different folder within the dialog. Or save a file and choose a different folder. If it is a cloud synchronized area (OneDrive), the status icons will not be displayed correctly. Error occurs on Windows 10. Fehlerbeschreibung Datei öffnen und innerhalb des Dialoges einen andere Ordner wählen.  Oder eine Datei speichern und einen anderen Ordner wählen. Wenn es sich um einen mit der Cloud synchronisierten Bereich (OneDrive) handelt, werden die Status-Symbole nicht korrekt angezeigt. Fehler tritt unter Windows 10 auf. Fehler tritt in OneDrive for Business und OneDrive Personal (Consumer)  auf Wenn ich eine neu erstellt Datei speichern und den Ort dabei ändern möchte, wird eine DLL Datei benutzt, welche auch von anderen Programm-Herstellern benutzt wird. By now OneDrive has grown up. It can be managed with group policies, it’s good for large companies dealing with the Modern Workplace, as for the individual user who "just" syncs his photos to the cloud. The variety of functions is still increasing, and the interface is being expanded and redesigned for the various mobile devices. Mittlerweile ist OneDrive erwachsen geworden. Es kann mit Gruppenrichtlinien verwaltet werden, es ist gut für große Firmen, welche sich mit dem Modernen Arbeitsplatz auseinandersetzen, wie für den einzelnen Benutzer, der “nur” seine Fotos in die Cloud synchronisiert. Die Funktionsvielfalt nimmt immer noch zu, und die Oberfläche wird erweitert und für die unterschiedlichen mobilen Geräte schon wieder überarbeitet. Auch wenn mir manche MVP Kollegen sagen, sie können damit nicht arbeiten, weil… Die Gründe sind vielfältig.
