Ab dem neuen Fiskal-Jahr, welches bei Microsoft am 1.7 eines jedes Jahres beginnt, also ab dem 1.7.2014 erhöht Microsoft für alle OneDrive Benutzer den Gratis-Speicherplatz und senkt gleichzeitig die Preise für den käuflich zu erwerbenden Mehr-Speicher. den i in englischer Sprache Blog Post finden Sie hier. OneDrive for Business has several limitations. For example, in the filename. OneDrive for Business hat ein paar Einschränkungen. Zum Beispiel beim Datei-Namen. Oder der maximalen Länge des Dateinamens. Oder dem vorgestellten “_” im Dateinamen. Mein Rückblick auf die European SharePoint Conference in Barcelona

Einen Tag mit Workshops und dann drei Tage volles Konferenz-Programm mit bekannten Gesichter aus der ganzen Welt. Vier Keynotes, über 1200 Teilnehmer aus allen Ländern Europa’s. Und über 100 Sessions mit einem Thema: SharePoint, SharePoint, SharePoint. Für IT Pro’s und Developer. Für OnPremise und für die Cloud, mit Sponsoren und Dinner. Und die City von Barcelona mit Sonne pur. Am 17.4.2014 hat Sean Byrne unter myce einen Artikel veröffentlicht, in der er beweist, dass Microsoft Dokumente beim Synchronisieren vom Client in die Cloud (SharePoint Online ) verändert. Den Nachweis hat er zuerst einmal mittels MD5Summer erbracht. Dann versucht er auf Unterschiede einzugehen. Dann stellt er fest, dass beim Consumer-Produkt OneDrive keine Änderungen vollzogen werden. wie schon vermutet, hat Microsoft im Windows 8.1 Update (April 2014) Änderungen am Betriebssystem vollzogen, und die betreffen auch SkyDrive. Denn jetzt wurden konsequent die Namensänderungen vollzogen.
