Früher als erwartet hat Microsoft eine Preview für OneDrive for Business zum Download zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch für  iOS Geräte gibt es eine neue App, die hier zum Download zur Verfügung steht Außerdem stellt Reuben Krippner, Director für OneDrive for Business bei Microsoft, in einem Video die neuen Möglichkeiten vor. Reuben Krippner stellt die neuen Möglichkeiten mit iOS und MacOS vor.   Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass es sich beim MacOS um eine Preview handelt. Auch in diesem Monat hat Microsoft ein Update für OneDrive for Business herausgegeben. Das Update trägt die Nummer KB 2910935. Die Beschreibung zu diesem Update ist derzeit aber nur in vier Sprachen erhältlich, neben China,Taiwan und Vietnam auch die englische. Deshalb möchte ich hier die Probleme, welches gelöst wurden, beschreiben. Für die Synchronisierung ist Programm OneDrive for Business, welches in einer 32 Bit oder 64 Bit Variante zur Verfügung steht verantwortlich. First time you my have seen it at  SharePoint  Conference 2014 in Las Vegas (SPC 2014). There were two sessions about Advanced File Encryption in SharePoint Online. In meinen Trainings versuche ich schon seit geraumer Zeit den Teilnehmern zu vermitteln, Office Dokumente nicht mehr als Anlage zu versenden. Der bessere Weg wäre doch, diese Dokumente in OneDrive oder OneDrive for Business zu speichern, und nur noch den Link zu versenden. Dann könnten auch mehrere Personen zur gleichen Zeit auf diese Office-Dokumente zugreifen, Änderungen vornehmen… Das lästige Hin- und Her-Mailen würde entfallen, und das wichtigste.
