NGSC and Windows 8.1

So I have written in this Blog Post, that Windows 8.1 Users are not able to use the Next Generation Sync Client.

Yesterday there was a YamJam on the Office 365 Network on Yammer. And here Microsoft Manager Reuben Krippner have had some announcements about this Release:

Synchronization with IRM libraries

The NGSC is not able to sync libraries, that are protected with IRM. So that is written in the documentation. Microsoft will change this behavior, but cannot say anything about time

Support of  SharePoint Team Sites (and Groups)

Reuben Krippner stated, that in the next weeks there will be an announcement about a roadmap.
