So it’s quit. Quite with information about the old “Groove” client. But now Microsoft has released the Update KB3114509 for OneDrive for Business.
the description is narrow:
An error has occurred while attempting to synchronize this document library. Please get in touch with your helpdesk.
So administrators and more often the users have received this error message and this bug should be fixed with this update.

Be aware that the update in Download Center applies to Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2013. It doesn’t apply to the Office 2013 Click-to-Run editions such as Microsoft Office 365 Home
To determine whether your Office installation is Click-to-Run or MSI-based, follow these steps:
- Open an Office 2013 application, such as Microsoft Word 2013.
- On the File menu, select Account.
- For Office 2013 Click-to-Run installations, an Update Options item is displayed. For MSI-based installations, the Update Options item isn’t displayed.
it should be version 15.0.4787.1000 or higher (if you use Office 2013)
Conclusion:
You will find only 2 lines of description in the original KB article. Microsoft is fully focused on the Next Generation Sync Client. But companies still require the "old" Groove client.
