Problems with sharing documents.

Since mid-April 2021, another restriction has been added to the Microsoft Support page for OneDrive restrictions. This affects anyone who wants to share in a folder that contains >50,000 files. The Microsoft description states:

You cannot share this item because too many items have already been shared in this library.
There is a limit of 50,000 items that can be shared within a folder and in any subfolders. To overcome this limitation, move some items to another folder that is not in the original folder or select individual files to share.

Even when migrating from OnPremises file servers to SharePoint libraries, this should be considered.

And: It is becoming increasingly important for administrators to observe these limits.
