It rubles in the community. The user really got only benefits, after Microsoft has built in SkyDrive into the explorer within Windows 8.1. The user hasn’t worry about anything. But to get SkyDrive data  running on a PC, you have to login with the Microsoft account fka “Live ID”. And here is the crux… Not everyone wants to register with a Microsoft account.
